Went to look at a new Wrangler and walked out a very satisfied customer. Harry was our sales rep and he was great. He remembered my dad from over 30 years ago buying a vehicle from him. This is our 2nd visit to Lucas with our Durango. The first visit was 1/5/26 for LOF and cabin filter and HVAC cleaning. During our 2nd visit 7/7/26, the technician recommended a new cabin filter and HVAC cleaning. Kate pointed that out to my husband, and he told her that we had that done during our previous visit. Without checking, she replied that your records did not indicate that this work was performed during our previous visit.
In and out for an oil change in less than a half hour. No hassles.
The experience was quick and painless. The whole staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. My Salesman Jim knows his stuff and made it a very good transition from my old truck to a new High Country.

Went to look at a new Wrangler and walked out a very satisfied customer. Harry was our sales rep and he was great. He remembered my dad from over 30 years ago buying a vehicle from him. He was transparent and easy to work with. Dan the sales manager was also great. They went the extra steps to get the deal done. We bought a 2026 Ram 2500 also from them in February and everything was great. When we are in the market for something new, well be right back in there.

Purchased a used Tesla from Lucas CJDR. Had my concerns, but overall the process was smooth. I noticed shortly after purchase that there was an issue with the side view mirror. Tesla confirmed it needed to be replaced. I felt like Lucas should take care of this repair, but expected it to be a huge fight. My experience with Lucas Chevy was extremely good. My salesman, Joe Wilson, went above and beyond to find me a car within my price range. I started in person with him looking at the Chevy Trax. When he called me about one, I had changed my mind to an Equinox. He searched the inventory and found one for me that was perfect. He kept in contact with me through everything. This is our 2nd visit to Lucas with our Durango. The first visit was 1/5/26 for LOF and cabin filter and HVAC cleaning. During our 2nd visit 7/7/26, the technician recommended a new cabin filter and HVAC cleaning. Kate pointed that out to my husband, and he told her that we had that done during our previous visit. Without checking, she replied that your records did not indicate that this work was performed during our previous visit.
In and out for an oil change in less than a half hour. No hassles.
The experience was quick and painless. The whole staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. My Salesman Jim knows his stuff and made it a very good transition from my old truck to a new High Country.
