Generally good service. This time, however, a tech left a rag in an air intake when changing the air filter. Check engine light came on on my way home. Had to go back to dealership. Truck engine stopped about a mile before I got there. They had to send a tow truck to get me. Not happy that I ended up wasting my afternoon. Generally good service. This time, however, a tech left a rag in an air intake when changing the air filter. Check engine light came on on my way home. Had to go back to dealership. Truck engine stopped about a mile before I got there. They had to send a tow truck to get me. Not happy that I ended up wasting my afternoon. I brought my 2020 Ram 1500 in for a speed sensitive rub / grind noise, I replace the front rotors and pads and had the rear pads replaced. They said it was the rear brakes . A manager should know how to communicate with customers without becoming verbally abusive and unprofessional.
